Bourke Love treats your privacy very seriously. Everything you tell us is protected by a solicitor/client privilege and we can’t be forced to reveal any of your information.
We will not release any information about you or your case to anyone without your permission.
Discussing your case
It will be necessary to give information about you to the doctors that prepare your injury reports. These doctors are bound by the same confidentiality obligations and can’t release your information to anyone except Bourke Love Lawyers.
Contacting your boss, your family and witnesses
We won’t contact any witnesses in your case without first discussing it with you. Likewise, we don’t contact your boss, your family, your friends or any other potential witnesses without talking to you about it first.
Any information that we get from witnesses is treated as confidential, and will not be released to anyone without your permission.
