Legal Costs
WORKERS COMPENSATION CASES
You won’t have to pay any legal costs in worker’s compensation cases. The Worker’s Compensation Insurer will pay all of your legal costs.
If you lose a claim, there are very few cases where you would have to pay the Insurer’s legal costs. The only time this could happen is if you make a fraudulent claim.
NEGLIGENCE CLAIMS & MOTOR ACCIDENT CLAIMS
Bourke Love Lawyers will take your case on a “no win, no pay” basis. We pay all the costs along the way and give you the bill when the case settles, or the Judge awards damages.
We will tell you up front what the costs are likely to be. If the case becomes more complex or looks like costing you more we will keep you up to date with revised estimates.
